Tourism policies widely affect the lives of local residents. On the other hand, the effectiveness of such policies depends on the local community’s support and participation. Therefore, the present study sought to investigate the influence of the Local Community’s Place Image and their perception of tourism impacts on their support for tourism policies in Semnan. To this end, some 340 questionnaires were distributed among local residents, out of which 322 questionnaires were completed by the respondents. The collected data were then analyzed by PLS software using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicated that the residents’ place image had a direct significant effect on their perception of tourism impacts and consequently on their support for tourism development policies. Moreover, the findings highlighted the necessity of evaluating tourism impacts based on the perceptions of residents, because the more favorable they consider the tourism impacts, the more support they give to tourism development policies. Finally, this study suggests some policy recommendations on how to manage the local community’s place image, their perceptions of tourism impacts, and their support for tourism policy-making.

Today, nature profit and touring in it is called ecotourism which is an important part of tourism activities. There are weather varieties, natural gifts in Mahdishahr, also historical great's heritage, cultural art, cultural architecture, hand craft, precious works and also different beautiful attraction such as parvar protected region with different worth, beautiful valley splendid slop, heights, vegetable and animal special makes this region have necessary abilities for any enjoyable program particularly in different part of tourism and ecotourism. Parvar protected region and Mahdishahr city play a special role in dividend system field to the extension of country tourism using enjoying various abilities in different fields. Study results can be considered as model pattern for applying environmental abilities and systematic outlook in developmental programming and recognition of necessary capabilities for different parts of tourism and ecotourism and lead to compiling regulations and laws for different kinds of permissible and conditional application in region.

Nowadays many countries have apperceived the wide dimensions of travelling or tourism industry from the point of view of manufacture, employment and income providing and they have put all of their efforts to develop this industry since many decades ago. Because of containing natural, historical and cultural potentials Iran is one of these countries which has always been visited by Tourists from all over the world; this element provides easy conditions to exploitation and development of tourism substructures.Considering the government's goals and politics in the view point of the country which accepts 20 million foreigner tourists, there is an avoidance to provide tourism substructures and investment for this case. According to 8th article of law of legacy, handmade industry and tourism organizations absorb local and foreigner financers approved in 19/12/1380 gave the authority of the provide tourism substructures and present services governments to tourists in capital areas of country, have provide the chance of establishment of the tourism superior areas.In fact tourism superior areas are as a supposable finance opportunity to foreigner and local financers. Regarding this cultural management, handmade industry and tourism organizations of Semnan county with feasibility studies and operational zing, has over 25 tourism superior areas.In this research, we had studied the role of tourism superior areas and finance in this section to absorbance of the tourists in the state's tourism superior areas such as Abr woods, Darband cave and Ali fountain, Bone mountain, and appraised the role of this areas in providing employment for the folks, and in the end we provide a conclusion and propose some suggestions.

Water can provide a good solution for removing famine and fatigue in societies thereby produce physical and mental relaxation. In the present era, factors such as population growth and urbanization increase have led into in a variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders among citizens. The development of communication and transportation technologies, increased leisure time, and increasing the income rates, are among the different problems caused by urbanization and urban development. Tourism exists in many forms including ecotourism and medical tourism. Tourism plays an important role in the exchange of technology for hydrotherapy in many countries. However its initial status in industry is not so great. Most scientific and medical countries have confirmed the therapeutic properties of mineral water. In Iran, especially in Semnan province, there are a lot of mineral springs with different healing properties. In fact, the city has high potential to attract people from all corners of the country.The main goal of this paper was to identify one of these springs (hot spring) as a means of rehabilitation which is of great importance in tourism development. The study mostly focused on hydrotherapy plan in Semnan province. The obtained results showed some diseases can be treated using hydrotherapy such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, tinea, neurasthenia, skin diseases, herniated disc, arthritis, chronic pain, spinal cord, types of pimples and wound infections, migraines, and other diseases. Basically, the convenience of tourists visiting this area can be considered as the best investment and the plan can also be a good resource for job creation in the area.

As we know with increasing urban population and urban development, the issue of leisure and work alongside people in everyday mobility of people were questioned, given the lack of leisure facilities in our community led city planners to think to put this organization in order to overcome is to provide strategies. However, it is clear that success in this arena and achieve spiritual and material interests resulting from its knowledge requires strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the study area, which is the industry's capabilities and benefit from tourist attractions and old tissue elements related to those programs, if done without the knowledge and led to the destruction and degradation are the powers, so in most tourist areas and the necessity of recognizing state tourism organization to be felt. This study was aimed at trying to plan for the tourism elements of the old tissue using SWOT method first, strengths and weaknesses that are emanating from within the problem with external opportunities and threats analysis reviewed and suggestions were essential In order to exploit the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of decreased awareness of strategies to overcome problems they should be presented every few programs and strategies cannot cause immediate problems are solved according to plan, but in this particular category of separation not the subject of urban planning can be a step towards reducing the problems in this area harvest.

Today tourism industry is as an important source of income in the world and yet effective factors which are contributing to the cultural exchange countries has the largest movement of people in peace time and one of the most promising development activities that are referred to as the gate of development. Tourism is a complex and contradictory phenomenon. It’s a beneficial industry, balanced economic development in the regions. In recent decades the development of the tourism industry make it as one of the main economic activities of developed countries, have led planners to increase tourism income, paying attention to two important issues: first the satisfaction of tourists and to promote the enjoyment and quality of the tourism experience and second trying to protect the interests of host communities. Tourism management, in the national level, is the task and responsibility of government, in which general policies and politics, regulations, administrative arrangements, financial resources and the share of each public or private sector are specified by the government. In some country planning is done by private sector. The government sometimes provide context in which private sectors and some public or semipublic sectors and even rural Islamic committee get involved for tourism management.In this research some villages, with higher potential of tourism, and tourism trustee organizations were studied. Information gathering methods were secondary and survey. For collecting information,  two kinds of questionnaires were used, in which  from one side rural residents and tourists and from the other side tourism trustee organizations answered to questionnaires. For testing hypothesizes, gathered information were analyzed using Wilcoxon tests through SPSS software.
